Everything came quickly and well packaged/protected. The plants were all a nice size and healthy with just a couple of plants a little unhappy, likely from the packaging and journey. Houseplants replied to my email about it and were correct that they perked up within a couple of days being unpacked and settled in a good position. Overall I’m very happy with my purchases (7 plants) and would use them again and recommend to others.

The plants and pots are good quality and the delivery very fast but unfortunately they were tipped upside down in transit so were a little damaged.

I ordered my plants and received them not even 48 hours later. They came securely packaged with good soil that was slightly moist to avoid the plant drying during transportation. The plants are wonderful! The only note I have is that the Philodendron Pink Princess has a torn leaf.

Perfect condition and excellent instructions

Have ordered from them before and I know that they arrive in excellent condition. In particular I have ordered carnivorous plants which have hollow tubes or jars. When I have ordered from other companies the tubes have arrived cracked and split leaving them unable to digest the bugs. I have never had this issue with this company and they always arrive in beautiful condition. The instructions received for care are excellent.

The fronds on this Palm are lovely, makes it look so graceful. A real feature plant for the living room. It arrived well watered and in great shape thanks to the clever packing. I wasn't sure which size to get and Charlie on the customer service chat was very helpful with advice, really patient.

The plant is a great addition to our lounge now but it arrived looking a little sad and droopy, maybe stressed from the journey? Packaging was good though. I contacted customer service and Carlie was really helpful, gave me some tips and reassurance and the palm perked up after a few days and a good drink.

The plants were good quality and packaged well, though the soil did come out of one pots a bit. It states if you order later on Thursday, which I did, the plants would be dispatched on the Monday. Mine arrived on the Monday, which I was not expecting so that means the plants must have been with the delivery company over the weekend. Luckily no damage done.

I have only ever been buying...

I have only ever been buying my plants from this site. They arrive so quickly and in such good health. I would say how many plants I have bought from here, but there are just too many. Delivery was fast and they were secure in packaging. I have only had a small issue once with my Hawaiian palm having two yellow leaves when it arrived but other than that it was healthy and I have never had that issue before so I'm sure its a one off. Will always be using these. I am looking often to see if they update their stock for new plants.

I purchased 4 houseplants from this company. On the plus side the plants arrived quickly but one in particular showed signs of damage/disease. I complained and the customer service team offered me a voucher but it was for less than the value of the plant. Despite following care instructions and cutting off the dead leaves the plant eventually died. Another plant purchased from them is also slowly dying. I wouldn’t purchase any plants from this company again as their customer service isn’t up to scratch and the quality of the plants / survival rates when compared to other delivery options isn’t as good
