Arrived looking a bit sad

The plant is a great addition to our lounge now but it arrived looking a little sad and droopy, maybe stressed from the journey? Packaging was good though. I contacted customer service and Carlie was really helpful, gave me some tips and reassurance and the palm perked up after a few days and a good drink.
