8. Order and Delivery

Orders placed through the website will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with our order confirmation process. Delivery timescales and charges will be as specified on the website at the time of order.

Please note, due to the logistics involved in dispatching your order and the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer or guarantee delivery on a specific day or at a specific time. We aim to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible to ensure the freshness and quality of our products. As such, we are also unable to hold stock for longer than our advertised processing timescales.

9. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, customers are not entitled to the usual 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. However, if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, customers have the right to return them or the company may decide to refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To return an item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receiving the item. All items must be returned in their original packaging and must be in an unused state.
