Perfect condition and excellent instructions

Have ordered from them before and I know that they arrive in excellent condition. In particular I have ordered carnivorous plants which have hollow tubes or jars. When I have ordered from other companies the tubes have arrived cracked and split leaving them unable to digest the bugs. I have never had this issue with this company and they always arrive in beautiful condition. The instructions received for care are excellent.
