Order came well packaged (only complaint being too much plastic packaging) and as advertised, and was delivered in time. The plants were healthy and guess it’s now up to me to ensure they continue to remain so!!!! A little more detail in the website on each plant, it’s seasonal changes etc, would be good especially for amateur gardeners like me!

Super service for super plants.

Excellent care of order. After the original plant was damaged in transit and photos of plant sent to company it was immediately replaced. The packaging was excellent for each plant , it was damage from the carrier that caused the problem. Both Orchids are lovely healthy plants and I expect to enjoy them for many years . Great variety and value (especially when choosing smaller plants which you wish to grow yourself!) Wrapping/plant handling people have some magical skills as although I have been always worried about my new green purchases before they came I was relieved when opening the package to find them still bouncy and happy (and pests free!) Great option for gifts and self-spoiling! Photos attached demonstrate how little damage plants sustained in transport. Photos taken on a day of arrival!
