I placed two large orders for speciality house plant. They were delivered quickly with good packaging and the plants are excellent quality and all are thriving. However, I have one problem with a pot that was shattered but the plant was ok. I contacted houseplant and got her replies by return, they agreed to send a replacement plant and pot with better packaging which arrived with no problems. I also got to keep the original plan. Their customer service was very easy to deal with, courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend them.

My orchids were wrapped up beautifully - no breakages - they are healthy and colourful . I had to google toxicity for cats - unfortunately one of my plants - from an earlier purchase - was extremely toxic for my girls - gave it away . Amazing service. Plants were amazing and well looked after. One thing though your orchid mystery box should have the orchids name attached once bought as I have three with no names. I can Google them but would be nice to have them. I understand keeping it a mystery till purchased though.

The way of the packaging of...

The way of the packaging of the plants is just amazing. The delivery person didn't really handle the parcel with care (I saw him from the window) but the plants were so nicely packed that they didn't damage at all. The only downside is the expensive orchid is infected with something as the leaves has black and brown spots on them. I hope it will survive. Other than that I'm very happy with my purchase.
