Being a very fussy houseplant collector...

Being a very fussy houseplant collector and especially a lover of large impact houseplants I decided to look for a fairly rare plant and I had been eyeing up this Syngonium Albomarginata Variegata Aurea Arrowhead Vine for weeks before plunging into buying it. I had searched high and low for the largest specimen I could find online and this store was the only store that had the largest specimen, and the added bonus of a nice discount to boot sealed the deal. From ordering to taking receipt of my plant was 2 days, that's good service in my books. The post arrived carefully handled sitting transit as there was no damage to the packaging, the plant was wrapped and the pot wrapped in cling film, so all in all very happy with this part, now the plant was at the taller of the advertised height which is good too and no damage to any of the leaves. I'm always nervous buying rare out any decent sized houseplants online, but this store has exceeded my fussy standards for delivery and packaging and plant quality. Big thumbs up..

Houseplant arrived diseased and broken.......

Houseplant arrived diseased and broken. The photo online bore no resemblance to what was delivered. Their response was condescending and looked like it was written by AI. No replacement was offered, despite sending them photos of the plant.I do not recommend this company and will not buy from them again. Go to your local garden centre!

My beautiful house plants are phenomenal. They have been grown to perfection and delivered in perfect packaging that doesn't harm the plant. So helpful that you get helpful tips and plant care instructions, in with your delivery aswel as when you purchase, they email you the plant care, so you can prepare yourself for what plant you have brought. For example , I started collecting rain water for one of my plants as in the plant care instructions, they advised how the plant thrives of rain water.

Well, it arrived quickly as promised but it is a poor little thing by comparison with the photo on the site. Surviving, but not impressively full of life. Maybe in a couple of months it’ll look better and more likely to attract flies.

Stunning, healthy plants

The plants arrived in stunning condition, care has been taken with the packing, unfortunately the delivery service not so much, two (2) of the posts were smashed, luckily only plastic pottings so easily replaced, just an extra job. Plants themselves were very healthy and look stunning, looking forward to the change they will bring to the rooms they will be placed in Order was processed quickly as was delivery, overall experience was great

Cute little plants, arrived quickly....

Cute little plants, arrived quickly.

Packaging & plants condition...

Packaging had tons of plastic in - I expected more paper/carton etc. At first look the plants were well protected, however when i took a closer look i figured that all the flowers had to be removed (they were so damaged) and the rescue plants were half dead. (3/4) Some were well-watered, 1 was bone dry. Moved them immediately, still trying to save them. Could have packaged better for protection and be consistent with watering.

So exelent service
