Very happy to have come across this website. There is so much choice of gorgeous plants! The website tells you everything you need to know. Pot sizes, plant care info etc. I received a healthy looking succulent and beautiful pot, both very well packaged. They were reasonable prices too! First time buyer! The photos and associated information on the website was really helpful and accurate. Large variety of plants - was difficult to narrow down my choices. Plants arrived quickly, safe and sound and are healthy, beautiful specimens. Would recommend and will no doubt order more now that I know the quality of what’s on offer. (Also, bought fabric/jute pots, they are a great addition and it’s helpful that required sizes are indicated on the same page)

Good plant stock, fast efficient service. Plants packed securely BUT wrapped in hideous shrink wrap that is not friendly to planet or the plants (fiddly to remove without damage-poor air circulation). So I won't buy here again as there are alternative numerous retailers that pack effectively using recycled paper.

We've developed a fungus gnat (Yuk!) issue with our houseplants so in looking for a vicious and multi layered plan to eradicate them I started looking for carnivorous plants! I've never used Houseplants.co.uk before but couldn't be happier ... the plants were reasonably priced (not the cheapest but cheap is never good for ordering plants in my experience), arrived in super speedy time, were carefully packed and were very healthy upon arrival. Not having access to a car everyday I couldn't wait to purchase a few plants to add to my collection/hobby. To scratch that itch I thought I'd take a chance and looked online. Came across House Plant on a Google search. Seeing a lot of good reviews, and coming across a rare cactus, I placed my order for 3 plants and a pot. The plants were so well packaged, no damage and no spillages. Plants are very healthy. Used a great courier service too and the package was with me 48 hrs after submitting my order. I love the added touch of giving you the care instructions for each plant on the email receipt that you can print off. Very happy and will use again. Highly recommend.

I have yet to receive my plants because you use a courier that doesn't do the job he's paid to do. It's winter and my plants have been in a freezing cold van for two days & nights and I'm told they can't be delivered for another two days & nights. By the time my plants arrive they will be in a very poor state.

Decent Looking Plants

My plants arrived wrapped well, though I would have preferred less plastic waste. Also, the material put around the plant itself did damage some leaves on my African Violet. Overall, the plants looked in good condition, though maybe a bit smaller than I realised they would be. I am happy enough that I would order from them again.

Ordered a thai constalation which a a utter beauty. Thick node and BIG leaves. Delivery company damaged box slightly and plant but they sorted it out which I was also impressed with. Will be ordering again.

I'm impressed by how well the plants are packaged to withstand transportation. I have ordered twice now and the plants arrive quickly and in good condition. I was concerned about the very cold weather but the plants seem fine so all that attention to the packaging must have paid off. I would order again if I saw something to tempt me.

The very pretty delicate and expensive orchid somehow managed to make it to my house intact and undamaged, if bone dry. Delivered Saturday, tracking said I have changed the delivery day which was a lie, when it was due Friday. The cardboard box was squashed and ripped despite having fragile stamped all over it. I would hope you would rethink your delivery courier and revert to support the Royal Mail. I very much begrudge having paid 4.99 express delivery for such a service.
