I’m very happy with the quality of the plants I received. The only issue I had was with the delivery. The delivery driver did not leave the parcel in the porch and there was no option to leave in a safe place for the redelivery. There was no need for it to be signed for only! This meant added stress to the plants to potentially be in darkness for too long!

I bought 3 plants as a gift for my daughter. They were on sale but the quality was the same as regular plants üëç my daughter said they were very well packed so they arrived intact! Also, the delivery was in 24 hours! Really, nothing to complain about üòä impressed by the large variety of plants. üëç All over

Absoolutely fantastic

Absoolutely fantastic I have used this company on a couple of occasions for myself but this time I wanted to order something special for my employee's birthday. I chose the paper flower in fuschia 17cm at £49.99 as it looked gorgeous on the website. I didn't know it was possible but when it arrived it looked even better than the photo on the website. My member of staff is absolutely thrilled and has sent us a lovely photo of her gift which she will treasure. It was a nice way of showing our staff how much they mean to us and even better when the service was so excellent.

Order was dispatched promptly, although it arrived a few days later than stated, it arrived extremely well packaged. I like that the website give you care instructions about each individual plant which is a lifesaver for those of us new to trying to keep plants alive! I ordered late on Saturday night and then received a dispatch notification on Sunday. By around 10:30am on Monday my plant was in my house. The box arrived crumpled and damaged...

The box arrived crumpled and damaged as were the plants. They had probably been fine leaving you, but they had spent the weekend in the DX warehouse, because the delivery arrived earlier than stated. And nowhere on the box did it state there were live plants inside. So looked like they'd had rough journey!

Quick delivery and packed well. A little smaller than was hoping for but with online purchases you have to be prepared for this than purchasing in store. Has a little envelope with details of the plants and how best to care for them too which was a nice add on too which was unexpected but very welcomed.

The mystery cuttings were lovely and varied - it would have been nice to have a list of what is what though, I’m still very much a beginner so I have no clue how to identify them, so they’ll remain a mystery until they grow lol. I am officially a plant addict!

Overall a brilliant experience

Overall a brilliant experience. You can tell that someone took a lot of care over packaging my parcel for delivery. Unfortunately it seems the box was too big for the contents and it got very bashed about (delivery was a day late for some reason and I suspect it got bashed about a bit) so one of my plants lost the two biggest leaves which is a bit disappointing! The plants however are otherwise in great condition and really healthy and I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again, especially since they have such an extensive collection of amazing plants!

I bought my wife two plants with heart shaped leaves as an early valentines present. She had fun removing the excellent wrapping material used to protect the plants. She loved her plants. They arrived in excellent condition and I was particularly impressed by the fact that the package contained a heat producing bag to protect the plants from frost during their journey to our home. The plant received was a lot less healthy looking than the website photo. Hopefully it will recover The courier, DX, notified me that it would deliver within a two hour slot and failed to do so. At the end of this period the tracking information giving the location of the courier disappeared without any explanation. The plant was delivered approx 90 minutes later and simply left on the doorstep - the courier did not knock on the door. I did not receive an apology for late delivery nor did I receive any advance notification that it would be delivered that evening. I have not received a response to the online contact form I submitted when the order did not arrive The shop app which I was advised to download to track the ordetr was useless. 2 days after delivery the app says that the order is still being shipped I will not be ordering any more plants from you

I bought a lovely little African Violet plant from Houseplant at a very reasonable price. It was delivered all the way from sunny Paignton to Redhill in Surrey in good condition. The delivery did go slightly wrong but that was down to the delivery company rather than Houseplant who, when I phoned them, went above and beyond and contacted said company who managed to find my address eventually with a LOT of help from Houseplant. Very helpful service. Highly recommended. 💜💜
