Absolutely spot on from start to finish. The images on the site were really good and matched exactly what arrived. Delivery was very fast and I was kept updated the whole way through I was given the delivery day in advance and then a time slot on the morning, which was perfect. The plant arrived well packed, in top condition, and really healthy. Highly recommend

I’m very happy with the quality of the plants I received. The only issue I had was with the delivery. The delivery driver did not leave the parcel in the porch and there was no option to leave in a safe place for the redelivery. There was no need for it to be signed for only! This meant added stress to the plants to potentially be in darkness for too long!

Sending any plant by post/courier is always a tricky business but pleased to say that both the Areca palm and String of Pearls coped admirably with the journey. Really useful plant care guides to each plant on the website. Pleasingly quick turnaround from order to delivery and well worth it to use these people again

My daughter is delighted with the plants. However, DPD did not handle the package very well, nothing was damaged inside the box. But the box had split on one corner, and it had a large dent in it, I doubt it left you in that condition. Although their delivery was prompt and courteous.

I ordered late on Saturday night and then received a dispatch notification on Sunday. By around 10:30am on Monday my plant was in my house. Very well packaged in a very secure box and then the plant and pot wrapped and secured within. Delighted with my purchase of Strelitzia Reginae. Many thanks! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The box arrived crumpled and damaged...

The box arrived crumpled and damaged as were the plants. They had probably been fine leaving you, but they had spent the weekend in the DX warehouse, because the delivery arrived earlier than stated. And nowhere on the box did it state there were live plants inside. So looked like they'd had rough journey!

The choice and delivery of the product is excellent as is the advice on care. This latest plant was a little smaller than I anticipated considering the price - nearly £30 - but I suppose it will grow fairly quickly.

I ordered four plants from here and they arrived within a few days, really well packaged and in good condition. They all came with instructions on how to look after them, including the extra care they may need after being transported, and the website is easy to navigate and find further information about all the plants.

Stunning Palm!

The palm looks stunning in the corner of my lounge. Arrived quite early in the day, and was clearly handled gently judging by the superb packing inside the tall box. Excellent quality plant, looks really fresh and green.

I ordered 7 plants from this...

I ordered 7 plants from this company a few months ago. I'm happy with three of them, which arrived in good condition and have been healthy since. The others were a bit scratty and despite care still haven't fully bloomed and recovered. One plant arrived very tatty and battered and is still rather disappointing. Especially considering the price, I feel I'd have been much better off ordering from somewhere like IKEA. I did contact their customer service and while attentive I didn't enjoy the over friendly tone, which I found patronising.

Ordered two different palm plants from…

Ordered two different palm plants from this company and I have to honestly say, of all the plant companies I have used this year, for seedlings or garden ready plants, this one has to be the best by far! The care used in the packing the plants proved to me how much they care about the plants? Both plants wrapped individually in brown paper. On opening the paper the top of the soil was encased in straw and wrapped in some type of cling film to stop it from falling out. Both placed in a long box and arrived beautifully! No bent greenery, no leaves broken off or yellowed. They will be my number one to go to for any plants needed in future. Plants arrived perfectly and the company do not deliver over the weekend in order that their plants don't have to sit in storage somewhere. Care of the plant is a definite priority this company. Very Disappointed

The plant arrived quickly, but was much smaller than anticipated. It only had 3 leaves and 2 of them are bent in two. I'm hoping that they will open. It's also slanting quite heavily to one side, which will only get worse. Very disappointed.
