Bought a mystery box of air plants as a gift for my Mum. This also came with a plant food spray. She was really happy with it. Ordering was easy, and I was kept well informed through the process as to where it was in transit, and an hour's time slot for delivery. An excellent experience as a first time customer. Have gone on to buy some plants for my house too and very pleased with the quality of plant, and how well packaged they were. Customer service has been excellent too.

The entire process from ordering to receiving was flawless and swift. The plant and pot themselves delivered quickly and were packaged immaculately, and came in incredible condition. The plant itself was in excellent perfect condition and after unpacking and finding a home for her, she has settled in perfectly and has been blossoming more and more every day. This company is amazing; the plants are beautiful, healthy and well priced, but it’s the customer service that thrilled me! They reply very quickly to any query and go above and beyond in giving a brilliant customer service. There was a slight problem with my order (my doing, not theirs) and they responded and sorted everything out in a really efficient and friendly way. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I bought plants from this company twice. The first time there was a delay on the delivery (courier problem) and we were anxious because it was an orchid. But the plant arrived in perfect condition. It had been so well packed that there was no damage, despite the longer than usual transit the orchid was beautiful, didn't even need watering. The second purchase was several succulents. They were all well packaged and arrived in absolutely perfect condition. I am so pleased with the quality of the plants and delighted with the excellent customer care. I wouldn't buy plants from anywhere else now.

Rare plant at a good discount...

Being a very fussy houseplant collector and especially a lover of large impact houseplants I decided to look for a fairly rare plant and I had been eyeing up this Syngonium Albomarginata Variegata Aurea Arrowhead Vine for weeks before plunging into buying it. I had searched high and low for the largest specimen I could find online and this store was the only store that had the largest specimen, and the added bonus of a nice discount to boot sealed the deal. From ordering to taking receipt of my plant was 2 days, that's good service in my books. The post arrived carefully handled sitting transit as there was no damage to the packaging, the plant was wrapped and the pot wrapped in cling film, so all in all very happy with this part, now the plant was at the taller of the advertised height which is good too and no damage to any of the leaves. I'm always nervous buying rare out any decent sized houseplants online, but this store has exceeded my fussy standards for delivery and packaging and plant quality. Big thumbs up.

Charles was amazing and supportive in helping me out with my order, as it was a birthday present and I had added the wrong address at first so we lost the first plant on the way - but Charles was always super responsive and understanding, sent a replacement to my address on time for the birthday and we received our Prayer Plant safe and sound and on time! Not happy, Everything said it was going to be delivered either the Friday or Saturday express delivery… then I get an email after I paid stating all our posting is done Monday to Thursday which meant I could have missed last postage. Didn’t say anything until everything was paid for. So it arrived on Monday a day late and in my mother’s words… one was ok, the other looked as though it was well travelled. Really disappointed as two plants cost £29.99p were late and battered. Between this company and the card company which also let me down, what a crappy Mother’s Day experience I had this year!

My go to online shop for all things plants

I bought my first plants from Houseplant UK and returned many times since. The quality is great, and plants are packaged very well to minimise stress during shipping. So far, I’ve ordered cuttings, plants on pits, a couple of Rescue Me boxes and all of them are thriving. I’m particularly proud of how well the rescued plants are doing, all 15 of those. If they were in too bad of a state or damaged further in transportation they wouldn’t survive. I also love the variety of the offering, only in this shop I found a couple of rare plants I now enjoy very much having in the house. To summarise, I can rely Houseplant will always have something I like and trust them with quality, I am also confident proper care will be taken to make sure plants stress is minimised while they are on the way. Now they are my go to shop for all things houseplants and I highly recommend them.

Two out of three aint bad, i suppose!!

I bought three plants, a crocodile fern, an Alocasia Portodora and an Alocasia Dragon Scale. The Dragon Scale began turning yellow and wilting the day after arrival. I contacted Houseplants.co.uk, who said it needed to acclimatise and gave me some instructions. While following these instructions, the plant got worse, as a number of leaves started to curl and go brown. Upon closer inspection, there were two rhizomes in a single pot and one of them was suffering from root rot. I am hoping i can save the good one, but i dont think i should have to deal with this so soon after purchasing the item. Clearly Houseplant.co.uk have lots of happy customers and so i can only conclude that i was unluckly. But, as the Dragon Scale was expensive, I wont be buying from them again.
