Random request - fantastic personal service

I had a really random request for a cactus that looked exactly like one from an Anime series, and sent an email, not expecting a reply. I not only got a reply, but it was quick, friendly, personal, and they went above and beyond to hand pick one that does look exactly like what I wanted. Ordered at 4pm, and arrived at 2pm the next day! I only wish I could include photos

Good plants. Sadly some damaged during delivery and sale could be better value for cash.

Plants arrived in good time and most in good condition. Sadly the bunny ears cactus I bought seemed to be damaged during delivery which is a shame and some of the more expensive plants were slightly smaller that expected. Other than that the other plants were in good health and the care instructions are helpful, I think the plants are a bit pricy for what they are given I mostly ordered on the sale section.

Excellent service, communication from supplier was superb, on receipt of my order the supplier contacted me regarding an issue with one of the items, they advised they were unhappy with the condition of one of the plants and offered various options as alternatives, I selected one of their a replacement plants. On receipt of the delivery the plants arrived well packaged and in excellent condition plus the replacement plant was a more expensive plant than my original order I will definitely use Houseplant UK again.

Truly amazing my...

Truly amazing my plants arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The plants, four of them, had all been careful packed to protect their leaves and branches. It was the most lovely experience to unwrap them one by one and see that each and every one had been packed with love. They look perfect sitting on my sideboard, and two days later look wonderful and very healthy. I can wait to order more, and I shall always be buying my plants from Houseplant in future. I have made three orders to Houseplant Co.Uk, and have been very pleased with all five plants. They sell unusual plants which I can't get in many places locally. They send the plants safely boxed and in good condition. Delivery is always in good time. I will go to this Company should I need any plants in the future.

The palm looks just like it did on the website photos. Loads of healthy green fronds. Packaging was first rate, couldn't fault it, no damage at all. Very happy indeed.

House Plant UK is great!

The delivery was very fast and they were getting it ready on Saturday too for dispatch so I got it on Monday. The delivery wasn’t too expensive either. The plants came packaged very well with no damage to them and also with an little leaflet that provided some information on how to best take care of the plants. Overall would highly recommend House Plant UK.

My Money Tree arrived in absolutely fantastic condition. The plait is lovely and tight, and the leaves are so green and glossy, look fake lol. Packaging was amazing, zero chance of damage. Will def recommend.

I ordered this orchid on Feb 6th and I get it on Feb 28th, I have been sending email to ask about the time of the delivery but no one reply. When it was finally delivered they delivered me a wrong slipper orchid!!! I was asking for refund for many times and they never replied, does anyone know how to report them?

Excellent all round. Website is very informative, and easy to use, I especially like that it advises you which plants are pet friendly, and gives a comprehensive guide on care for the plant. I was kept informed of the delivery process and times, plants arrived on time which was great because they were given as a gift. Fantastic company to deal with and I would highly recommend them, I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Excellent plants, not the usual half dead, desperate to be potted on specimens found in garden centres. Plastic pots were a bit crushed in transit, but plants protected very well.

I ordered a rescue box and...

I ordered a rescue box and one additional plant. I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery and how well the plants were wrapped for transit. So we'll it took me half an hour to open them all. The rescue box had a variety of plants and sizes and though they are not perfect they are still in good condition. I look forward to seeing them grow.

After spending almost an hour looking...

After spending almost an hour looking at and reading through all the different plants on the website, I finally decided on three fairly easy to care for plants. The website was easy to navigate with simple, yet clear instructions. Which is great for those us of who are novices. On arrival the plants were very carefully packaged and were beautiful. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for the Aloe Vera plant having already had a large section chopped off (photos will be added to this review). Even so, I would recommend this company to others and will use them again.

Ordered 9 days ago to be delivered in London. Still waiting. No replay to multiple emails. Terrible service, I do not recommend. Now going into 15 days with no delivery or refund. Every day they promise they will deliver the plants the following day, every day they reschedule.

Ordered 3 plants here. Previous experiences have been excellent. 2 of the 3 ordered were in less than desirable condition. On one of them, all but one of the stems had broken off. It has since died. On another the plant took up absolutely no space in the pot at all. It’s as if they were out of stock of the size I requested so they put a baby one in a larger pot with extra soil. Such a shame.

I bought a trailing monkey mask plant which was really hard to find and houseplant were the only one I could find. Good fair price came as described and looked however a little tatty leaf wise it was superbly packed so I don't think it happened then or in transit. Upon further inspection the leaves of this plant are so thin and delicate I can understand why some were tatty. I would use this shop again. Bravo

I was so excited when my plants when the plants arrived. It was well packaged and delivered on time. The plants are beautiful and health. There are small part of the leaves that are dried/damaged but I think it was expected. I am so delighted with them. I just hope and pray that I can keep them alive.
