Just received my 2nd batch of plants from this company. 5 stars both times. Plenty of choice on the website, easy transaction, great communication and well packaged deliveries. The condition of the plants are 2nd to none. You can tell each plant has been meticulously quality checked before sending as there wasn't a thing wrong with any of them. Would highly recommend the products this company sells and will be buying from again and again.

My three succulents arrived well packed and in excellent condition. The size was as expected and being pet safe is good. They will help purify the air, and look good on my window sill , where they will receive some sunshine. I previously ordered two smaller versions and both are doing well.

Plants arrived very carefully packaged, and were all thriving! Quick delivery, just one box for all 4 plants - some quite big, was surprised they fitted but so easy to just unbox one box and all the plants flourished immediately after unwrapping. Very pleased.

Such an interesting and wide Orchid experience. I ordered one for a friend, and between me and the system my friends address was replaced by mine. As this was a gift post op I did not want to intrude by taking it along to her, after it arrived with me, so I sent initially an email. This was followed up by a message on the contact form. Excellent service. Very quick delivery of a plant I couldn't find in stock in many other places. Came incredibly well packaged so not damaged at all and plant recovered very fast when removed from packaging. Beautiful large plant I'm so pleased with it. I didn't know what to expect at first ordering a plant online as never done this before but so glad I did as its better quality than half the nurseries around here and for a great price. For transparency, I ordered these plants...

For transparency, I ordered these plants in July. Firstly I had a difficult experience getting the parcel delivered. The company was not transparent or easy to track the delivery of the parcel. When I finally received the parcel it was very battered, the box was huge for such small items with no packing material inside and that had ultimately caused the damage to the box. I ordered a beautiful calathea that I had wanted for ages amongst other things, and it had the tallest leaves snapped off due to the parcel damage. More than that though, it was incredibly infested with spider mites, to the point I could see them crawling up and down the stem and I had to throw it in the bin after a month or so to save the rest of my plant collection. Overall a disappointing purchase and I’m not sure I’d purchase again.

Was my first time buying a plant online, so I was hesitant, but when I saw the Jasmine i just had to. The website was easy to navigate and the prices were reasonable. They dispatched it very quickly, unfortunately the delivery company squished the box and turned it upside down, even though the box was labelled properly. Luckily Houseplant had packed it amazingly so my Jasmine didn't get damaged at all. I repotted it into a bigger pot and the blooms have started to open and my house smells amazing, and it looks gorgeous.

The ordered Maidenhead Fern arrived very quickly and was a large and very healthy plant. it was a surprise for my daughter who has been looking for one for ages in local garden centres with no success. It is now happily thriving in her house. Great service Houseplant.

Rescue box joy

Ordering online was a really easy process and the delivery time was great. I ordered a rescue box and got about 6 plant, most of which were in good condition but needed a little bit of TLC, the others will take a bit of work but that's okay with it being a rescue box. It was really good value and I'd highly recommend the sits to anyone who loves plants.
