Just received my 2nd batch of plants from this company. 5 stars both times. Plenty of choice on the website, easy transaction, great communication and well packaged deliveries. The condition of the plants are 2nd to none. You can tell each plant has been meticulously quality checked before sending as there wasn't a thing wrong with any of them. Plants arrived very carefully packaged, and were all thriving! Quick delivery, just one box for all 4 plants - some quite big, was surprised they fitted but so easy to just unbox one box and all the plants flourished immediately after unwrapping. Very pleased.

I was a bit dubious...

I was a bit dubious about ordering houseplants online. My local garden centre has a really small collection and I wanted to grow mine. So after a LOT of researching I chose Houseplant UK. I chose four plants which were delivered within 48 hours. The plants were wrapped so meticulously in paper and with paper tape. The condition of them were perfect. I couldn't have been happier. Can't wait to order more to grow my collection. Wasn't happy with the delivery person but that isn't Houseplant UK's fault. Thank you!

This is such a lovely company. I've bought from them twice, and the first time one of my plants was damaged but they were lovely and talked me through what I needed to do. This time they delivered in the snow and the parcel came with a small heat pack to keep the plants warm :) They have such a supportive customer service team I actually cancelled an order with another 'express' company who had just been incredibly rude about taking 2 weeks to dispatch my order with no communication. I reordered with this company who I much preferred to give my loyalty and custom and will definitely do so again! Thankyou :)

Unhappy customer …

Plant arrived on time and well packaged however it looked like it had been repotted recently and I was doubtful about its survival due to the stress of the repotting together with the travel. I was unfortunately correct and am very upset that my plant survived just two weeks. I am an experienced plant owner. I did contact customer service and they were prompt in their replies but the bottom line is I paid for a plant that I don’t have.

Rubber plant died....but nanouk flourishes!

Thought I'd write an updated review on how my plants are doing! To get the bad news out of the way, the harsh colds here made it difficult for the rubber plants soil to dry so it sadly died. However, the nanouk I bought is doing better than I ever expected! It has grown a lot in such a short period, and even put a few buds out which are now starting to open. The cushion succulent is also doing well, but growing at an expected slow rate. They sell very high quality plants but I'd make sure you can definitely take care of the plant you're getting before buying, as I'm still mourning the loss of my rubber plant.

Overall not bad but not a smooth first time purchase. The plants arrived upside-down, and separately least three of the plants in the 'Rescue me' box were v sadly beyond saving. One died immediately on the day of arrival

I have a problem. I’ve recently become obsessed with buying house plants and my husband purchased some from here for me as a surprise. I then went on to purchase even more for myself and I now have no more room and already planning which plants to buy next! I love them and I’m very happy with what we have bought.
