Random request - fantastic personal service

I had a really random request for a cactus that looked exactly like one from an Anime series, and sent an email, not expecting a reply. I not only got a reply, but it was quick, friendly, personal, and they went above and beyond to hand pick one that does look exactly like what I wanted. Ordered at 4pm, and arrived at 2pm the next day! I only wish I could include photos
