Excellent informative (and tempting!) website...

Excellent informative (and tempting!) website which offers large amount of choice and size of house plants etc, far greater than could be expected to find at a garden centre. Ordering process was quick and easy. Plants arrived in excellent condition within couple of days, safely and securely tucked up in their box. Have used Houseplant UK previously and will again in the future when adding to my house jungle so have no hesitation in recommending.

This plant was the size it said it wouuld be in the listing (I have previously had plants turn up that were bigger than I was expecting, but I prefer them to be the expected size so they fit where I plan to keep them and so I can watch them grow). Quick delivery, with regular updates along the way! Items securely packaged and plant arrived in excellent condition and is so cute! Will definitely be ordering again.

Plants are amazing, extremely well...

Plants are amazing, extremely well protected and wrapped for transport. The inlet reason I didn’t give 5stars was they delivery in order said 24-48hrs but with no communication they arrived 6 days later which was a little disappointing, mainly because of no communication to say otherwise.

My 4 houseplants arrived in...

My 4 houseplants arrived in one large box. They were all looking healthy with glossy leaves. The pots were beautiful and well wrapped in bubble wrap. Only quibble: I thought I had ordered a hanging basket with strings, but the pot that arrived had no strings...perhaps I ordered the wrong thing on the site.

This was my first order. I wanted a pet safe house plant and decided on two species of spider plant, Lemon and Hawaiian. They arrived promptly, were packed securely. They are very fresh , lots of growth and really worth their value. I have them hanging, so hopefully my two cats won't nibble them !

Love this company. Always have what I need online. So helpful anytime I have emailed and asked advice I’ve gotten a reply very quickly. Delivery driver is great too always gets my goodies to me bang in time. Lovely selection of plants which are delivered quickly and fresh. My latest was string of pearls and I love 🥰. Just love I can get bags of soil delivered to my door and as I stay on a 2nd floor flat this really helps.

After our cat had to go...

After our cat had to go to a foster home while we were in a temporary place that didn't allow cats, his foster carer had an Areca Palm that he loved. As a welcome home present, we bought one to help him settle in. We love it as much as he does. The plant came well-packaged and with the pot we bought for it in the same box and packed in a way to protect both the pot and the plant, it arrived safely and very fast delivery. Thank you, as this plant has made our home more homely for us all.

I ordered 6 lucky bamboo plants length 70-90cm for my mother's birthday and was concerned whether or not the length would be enough to fit my vase and I could not have been more happier. Even lengths, fresh, greatly wrapped. Mum loved it and had a lovely birthday. Happy customer!

This is my first plant ever so ordering off this website made the experience quite pleasant, easy instructions with the plant so I knew what to do, it arrived quickly after I purchased it and came in great condition, hopefully I can keep it that way!!

The plants and other stuff arrived securely packaged, in good condition and on time. The care guide is second to none. My only slight disappointment is that one of the plants (pink cymbidium) doesn't have too many flowers left, but sure it will grow lots more soon! All in all, pleased with the experience.

Wrong item sent but happy with the customer service

The plant I received looked healthy and in good condition, but unfortunately was not the size I ordered. When I contacted the company to complain they responded quickly and I am happy with how the issue has been resolved. I would definitely buy from them again, but it’s a shame I didn’t receive the correct product. I will have to wait some time for my smaller plant to grow to fill the space I wanted it for!

Lovely plants and excellent customer service. My order had some absolutely gorgeous plants but a couple were damaged due to frosts when they were being shipped. Customer service email was detailed and fair, offering a replacement for one of the plants and a partial refund for the other. All plants arrived well packed, with moist soil & some new growth. Will happily order again knowing this company makes it right when they are mistakes and unfortunate circumstances. Also, the plants are seriously gorgeous.

I'm in the U.S. and my brother passed away in Great Britain. I found this company online and they were able to send my -in-law two beautiful plants from our family. I sent a third plant for the day of the memorial. Again - they provided a healthy beautiful plant! Glad I found them and hope to order from them in the future.

Great experience from start to finish

Website is clear, with enough information to allow me to make a choice - but not overwhelming for a novice like me. Delivery was quick - slightly delayed as they hold back to avoid plants being stuck mid delivery over the weekend, which is sensible. Plants arrived in good condition, with a good courier company - not one of the cheap ones that looses your parcel. Very good quality plants, I just need to look after them now. Very happy customer, and I'll be ordering again.

Beautiful orchids

I found the link to houseplant.co.uk in my news feed as a cookie. I was surprised they had an orchid collection. I purchased six orchids. They were absolutely beautiful. One was slightly damaged for which I was offered a gift voucher. I placed another order days later for three more orchids, an orchid book and other orchid care items. Amazing plants! Strong, healthy, beautiful. Delivery on both occasions was literally next day. Skilfully packed so the plants are safe and warm in recyclable paper and cardboard. I was able to get some of the orchids I saw at the Japanese Orchid Festival 2022. This company names their orchids which is a great joy. My plants are thriving. Amazing plants with excellent customer services.
