Looking for air plants - intriguing things. Nothing locally, so online I went, chose a couple who turned up wuickly and carefully packed. You can just see them nested in a larger brown shell in the kitchen window jungle.

My purchase was so easy. I didn't know what I wanted to start with and after looking through several sites I found Houseplant.co.uk. I was able to browse the different types of Houseplants ie non toxic to pets and the level of care and maintenance just by clicking on the plant. Houseplants' website is easy to navigate with good clear pictures and informative descriptions of the plants. They have a wide selection of interesting plants and I've bought from them several times. Their prices are always competitive. The carnivorous mystery box came quickly and was very well packaged. The three plants were in great condition and are growing happily at the moment. I will definitely use Houseplants again, they offer a top service and it's a pleasure ordering from them.

I had to replace the plants in my flat because I was getting a new dog and some weren't safe. The website clearly shows safe plants to make things easy when browsing. When they came they were beautiful, in great condition, well wrapped and they were delivered within 2 days. I'd definitely use Houseplant again.

It was really easy to navigate the website and find the specific plant I wanted, the offered a range of sizes as well as the correct size plant pot to go with the plant. I like the fact that the plant isn’t in shipment for longer than 48 hours and they try to limit this as much as possible. When I received the plant, it was very well packaged which prevented it from being damaged in transit. The plant isn’t exactly what I wanted

Delivered in good...

Delivered in good time but plant so much smaller than expected (should be 20-30cm). Responsive customer services but have suggested plant may grow to that height nicely once repotted. There is no denying the plant is cute, but it was not what we were expecting and we wouldn't have bought the pot to go with it, if it needs repotting. Therefore 2 stars as was not what we ordered and now has to stand somewhere different to the planned location. Unfortunately we wouldn't recommend houseplants for online plant deliveries.

I was delighted to receive three plants all in excellent condition, as it’s always a worry whether they’ll make it in one piece! One plant (the begonia) was a little dehydrated but quickly perked up after a good drink. If I might suggest using tissue paper rather than the shredded material which can get caught around delicate plants and is tricky to remove. Thank you for my plants and I’ll definitely be back for more!

Then over the next few days it steadily lost more & more until the plant was put in the compost bin The photos I have uploaded are the photo of the plant I thought I was purchasing the package and state of how it arrived The customer service were not forthcoming with a refund I asked for Needless to say I will not be returning to this company and i advise people to beware!!!!!

I bought three plants as a Christmas gift, 2 of the plants were in great condition however the third was rather disappointing. It was a string of pearls plant and not in very good condition with only one dangling string which had to be snipped off as it was dead.

Upon contacting the vendor with my concerns, I was given advice on how to help the plant recover and a new plant was sent in addition. Really gratefull for the vendor's help and expert advise. The new plant was a fabulous gesture and very much appreciated. Both plants are now looking great!

This was my first purchase from Houseplant, so I was not sure how it would work out. I was not disappointed! I was kept fully aware of the progress from when I placed the order, through dispatch and right up till it reached my front door. Not only was it well documented, it was also quick - 3 days from order to receipt. I was very impressed with the packaging. I undid it all, lifted out the plant (noting that all the flowers were still intact), put it into a ceramic pot and then onto the window sill. Now it is down to me to keep it in that excellent condition.

Ordered a Monstera Received one quickly Few issues though , a torn leaf that had browning on the torn edges ( means was torn before shipping ) Also damaged leaf stem on the underside causing the leaf to fold. I mean these were not huge faults really as the plant appears healthy. But I was expecting a perfect plant given their freshness guarantee.

Issues with delivery ignoring requested neighbour drp off so plants were boxed up and being moved around for a couple of extra days until i could reschedule delivery. Thought I was ordering some great deals, with decent discounts off regular prices. Plants arrived quickly, exceedingly well packaged - unfortunately, a little too tightly wrapped, as some of the foliage on plants was squashed and simply fell off when out of the packaging. Additionally, those bargains I thought I'd found turned out to be not so great - plants were all very healthy-looking, but all of them deviated greatly from the stated size ranges on the website (a tradescantia advertised as 10-20cm in size measured no more than 8cm at its single tallest point). Given how much I paid versus what I received, I think it'll probably be better to just buy from a local seller in future, as I'll at least be able to see exactly what I'm getting.
