The weeping fig was a huge surprise as a result of the size and condition of the plant. I was not expecting such a magnificent specimen. Needless to say I will be back.

The website was very easy to navigate and I placed my order without difficulty nor confusion. The price matched the value of the plant even though the delivery was a bit pricy. It was delivered in good time and wrapped very well to avoid breaking the plant.

Plants arrived fairly well packaged. The plants themselves look strong and healthy and were wrapped really carefully. The plants were all on the smaller end of the rough size given. It was a lovely surprise to receive an additional small plant as a surprise gift.

I am sorry , but there are clearly FAKE REVIEWS here !! Utterly disgraceful! They have been flagged , as the plants we revived were damaged and came with bugs in them. You can tell fake reviews a mile off.

The entire process from ordering to receiving was flawless and swift. The plant and pot themselves delivered quickly and were packaged immaculately, and came in incredible condition. The plant itself was in excellent perfect condition and after unpacking and finding a home for her, she has settled in perfectly and has been blossoming more and more every day. I was disappointed with some of my plants after delivery. Some had broken stems and leaves. Also a lot of the soil in the pots had fallen out. Had to top up two pots. The spider plant had several stems broken and the dolphin plant was in a bad way also. Won’t be ordering from them again.

Bit of a delay but plant is lovely

Okay so there was a bit of a delay with the delivery which was annoying, but the company did keep me informed. When the Money Tree finally arrived, it was boxed and healthy, so ultimately it was worth the wait. Looks lovely now its here. Just knocked a star off for the wait.

I've ordered plants online from various suppliers over the years, but this has been the best experience. Only two, a begonia and a Christmas cactus, a small order, but packed with care and good sense. All materials recyclable of course. The plants were in excellent condition and the accompanying advice sheet was helpful and put together by someone who clearly loved their work!

Pleased with my purchase

I've ordered a Cambria orchid which arrived as expected and in great condition, currently in bloom. Very pleased with the purchase. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the package contains a leaflet with general plant instructions but nothing specific for the plant you've bought. I think something along the lines of water once a week, place in a bright location and feed this often while in bloom /dormant would be very useful and therefore your wouldn't need to search online. It's not much more effort perhaps 1-2 paragraphs.

First time shopping here. Happy with the quality of plants. The only thing I wished I had more info on was the orchid phal I bought, it’s a miniature size which I didn’t realise from the description. The satin pothos size was a little smaller than I expected. I expected 20-30cm height but it’s barely 15cm. I suppose this depends on where you are measuring from and to but one would expect it would be the length of the plant as it’s a trailing plant. Overall packaging very very good. Would shop again
