Bought a mystery box of air plants as a gift for my Mum. This also came with a plant food spray. She was really happy with it. Ordering was easy, and I was kept well informed through the process as to where it was in transit, and an hour's time slot for delivery. An excellent experience as a first time customer.

The plants are lovely and healthy, I expected there to be pots with the plants but realised after they arrived this wasn't the case. Brilliant safe packaging and information sheet was useful (though perhaps could have been half the paper size and length). Light and water needs clear from website.

I had been trying to...

I had been trying to find a Nelly Isler orchid for a long time, I finally found one here. It arrived in good condition, very well packed, with a 10 flower spike + 5 buds. Maybe in too large a pot, but roots are in good condition and media is good. Very happy, mail order can be hard on plants but would use these guys again.

Excellent care of order. After the original plant was damaged in transit and photos of plant sent to company it was immediately replaced. The packaging was excellent for each plant , it was damage from the carrier that caused the problem. Both Orchids are lovely healthy plants and I expect to enjoy them for many years . Totally recommend this company. Many thanks for the care given.

Nice Palm, delivery ok

My Areca Palm arrived in good condition. The fronds are lovely. Packaging was very secure. DX left it in my designated safe place behind the bins which was good as i missed the delivery.

Longer Review: Transformed the Office Space

We desperately needed some life in our rather dull office space and decided on a few large plants. This Areca Palm was one of our choices. The ordering process itself was painless, clear website and payment options. Delivery was scheduled via DX and arrived within the predicted window. Now, the packaging – impressive! A very tall, sturdy box, and inside the palm was cleverly secured with cardboard inserts and paper wadding, preventing any movement. Unpacking it felt a bit like revealing a prize. And what a prize! The plant is magnificent. Easily taller than advertised, incredibly lush, vibrant green fronds arching gracefully. There were perhaps one or two tiny brown tips, barely noticeable, which seems normal for shipped palms anyway. It has genuinely transformed the corner it sits in, making the whole area feel more welcoming and, dare I say, productive! Colleagues keep commenting on how lovely it is. The included care instructions were clear and concise. Based on this experience, Houseplant co uk is now our go to for office greenery. Worth the investment for this level of quality and careful delivery.

Received my Money Tree today. It's very healthy and well formed, and the plaiting on the trunk is lovely. Delivery was efficient and the plant was extremely well protected in the box. Good stuff.

Perhaps buying rare plants from this website is a good idea. I purchased a yellow rose, which was significantly more expensive than those available at Waitrose or Sainsbury's, both of which are just a 3-minute walk from my place. Additionally, I had to wait 6 days to receive it. Have to say that I am not really satisfied with this purchase.

I bought a box of plants...

I bought a box of plants that was in need of care. Well yes I was expecting half dead plants. But these plants were all alive and looking healthy so it was a risk but a very good one. So now I have a mix of plants that I would have never bought plus as I'm not a plant head this gives me the opportunity to test my skills in keeping them going. Experience with working with them. plus a superb Christmas feeling when opening them to see what I got. Thank you fast delivery I think it was 5 days even as it was a bank holiday so thumbs up to you. Ps the roses were not part of this order.

Order came well packaged (only complaint being too much plastic packaging) and as advertised, and was delivered in time. The plants were healthy and guess it’s now up to me to ensure they continue to remain so!!!! A little more detail in the website on each plant, it’s seasonal changes etc, would be good especially for amateur gardeners like me!

I am very pleased with my first order. They were delivered quickly and were so healthy. I was a little surprised the plants were packaged in such a narrow tall box, but they were so well packed and prepared that no damage could have occurred. The plants are a little pricey compared to other retailers, but I have not seen such healthy plants anywhere I shop. I will definitely order from them again.

I took a bit of a chance ordering from this company as I hadn't actually heard of them before. I've also had a real hit and miss experience ordering houseplants online in the past. But I couldn't have been happier. They were dispatched and delivered really quickly. They arrived really well packaged. Actually they were by far the best packaged plants I have ever received. The plants themselves were really healthy and came with good information. I also though the price point was really good and they had a good selection of plants. Will definitely be placing another order in the near future
