However, the pot I ordered with the plant was delivered completely broken, I guess that can happen, no problem - I dropped a quick email back with a photo asking for a replacement, 2 chasers - no response in 27 days so far. But you keep sending me great offers! I won't be buying anything else, however great an offer until you respond to my request for a replacement. Thanks.

One of the plants I ordered didn't pass quality check, so they immediately emailed me and offered to replace it or refund it, or asked if I'd like to wait for another one. I asked for a replacement and asked them to choose, I got the most gorgeous plant instead!! So happy with the quality and service from this place, will definitely order again!

Great variety and value (especially when choosing smaller plants which you wish to grow yourself!) Wrapping/plant handling people have some magical skills as although I have been always worried about my new green purchases before they came I was relieved when opening the package to find them still bouncy and happy (and pests free!) Great option for gifts and self-spoiling! Photos attached demonstrate how little damage plants sustained in transport. Photos taken on a day of arrival!

90th Birthday Indoor Rose plant

For start to finish my experience with houseplant.co.uk was excellent can’t fault anyway ..I ordered a indoor red rose plant for our uncles 90th birthday ..it came on day stated which was great and our uncle loved the plant and was overwhelmed with it so we made a excellent choice and would definitely use them again .

Terrrible delivery service!…

2 stars from me because they use the delivery company DX. Read the reviews here your self about DX, they're notoriously unreliable and impossible to contact. I recently ordered a small house plant and it's been delivered to Glasgow (I live in Edinburgh). Despite DX making the mistake it's apparently up to me to sort out the issue and reschedule delivery (2 days later than it should have been). God knows what state my poor plant will be in when it's finally delivered (if at all!)! I will never order anything again from Houseplants UK while they continue to use DX for their deliveries. Be warned!

Site is simple and easy to use, I was looking for a specific cactus and I found it straight away. Delivery was fast and my cactus came packaged really really well. They also leave you a print out with a care guide in the parcel so that’s a nice touch. Will definitely be buying from here again!

Present for my Dad

Arrived early. Ordered on the 6th arrived on the 7th of June. Plants all safely and securely wrap, not one grain of soil lost. Should have ordered more, present for a family member. Put 3 in a pot he absolutely loves them. The others are being added to my cacti collection. Had a query after I had placed the order, (evening) received a reply the next morning. Amazing thank you once again.

Succulent Order from Houseplants.Co.Uk

I ordered a number of succulents. Firstly, I would say that they all arrived alive. Some of them (from the succulove box) were not so great - they were so dried out and needed some immediate care. The remaining plants I ordered were good, except for one. I paid £15-£16 for a pink jelly bean plant and it was in really poor condition. This was not because the plant was badly grown or poorly looked after, but was poorly packaged. It was packed so tightly, the plant was damaged. Now I hope it survives, but It does not look good. I know why plants are well packed - but the clingfilm should not be so tight the plants are damaged in the process. Overall, not the most brilliant experience, but OK in the main. The larger plants, in particular the sunrise succulent and money plant are really lovely specimens. I have popped all my new plants in to their new pots, with their new special soil and decorative mini stones and have given them a tiny water and some succulent food, so let's see how we go.

Delivered in two days, really well packed. The orchid I received exceeded expectations and after a small drink is looking glorious. All this is especially pleasing, as the plant is a birthday gift, bought with a time contingency that is now not needed, so mum gets her beautiful gift early! Well done to all involved!

Really happy I discovered these guys. Fantastic selection of plants. Took a punt and ordered an orchid rescue box along with another plant. Everything arrived literally within two days of placing the order. Really good communication from both the vendor and the courier, including updated timings for delivery (both a window for delivery and an actual ETA), which was really helpful. Plants arrived perfectly packaged, individually wrapped in card, to protect plant and pot, with straw to stop any substrate escaping. And air packaging to buffer all within the box. Can't recommend these guys highly enough and will definitely be back for me!
