Houseplants UK has genuinely surpassed my expectations! Their plant selection is fantastic, offering a wonderful variety that has truly brought life to my home. The ordering process was incredibly straightforward, and my plants arrived promptly, packaged with such care that they were in perfect condition. I did have a minor concern with the orchid, which was a key item I needed, as it appeared a little droopy upon arrival. While it's still recovering, the customer service team was superb, providing clear and comprehensive advice that has been instrumental in its improvement. They really went the extra mile to ensure I had all the information needed to nurture my orchid back to health. The overall quality of the plants impressed me; each one was in excellent condition, clearly having been well-cared for.
