Bring classic cottage-garden charm to pots and borders with Leucanthemum ‘Madonna’, a compact Shasta Daisy with crisp white, slightly frilled flowers surrounding sunny yellow centres.
This award-winning perennial forms a neat mound of dark green, toothed foliage and produces flowers over a long period in summer. Regular deadheading encourages the plant to continue forming fresh blooms, helping to extend the display into early autumn.
Its compact growth makes ‘Madonna’ particularly suited to patio containers, edging and the front of sunny borders. Plant in full sun in moist but well-drained soil, avoiding ground that remains waterlogged or becomes excessively dry.
Once established, this hardy perennial will return year after year, while its open flowers provide an attractive landing place for visiting pollinators.

Plant Height:
Measured from the base of the nursery pot to the top of the plant, including the full length of the stem and foliage.
Pot Size:
Refers to the total width across the top of the pot.
Choosing the Right Size
To find the perfect fit, compare the diameter of your plant's grow pot to the opening diameter of your chosen decorative pot. Ensure the decorative pot is at least 1-3cm larger in diameter than the grow pot for easy insertion and removal.
Important Notes
- Plant sizes are approximate and include the depth of the plant pot and roots, not just the height from the top of the soil.
- If a specific plant size is not available, we may provide a larger plant at no additional cost to you.
- All of our plants, unless otherwise stated are supplied in a nursery pot with the exception of air plants or lucky bamboo or otherwise listed in the product description.
