My ficus sunny arrived in perfect condition. I had also ordered some ‘bug’ control spray which although taped around the nozzle, had leaked slightly. Nothing suffered but maybe taping the neck of the bottle would help.

Plant and Pot Combo

Ordered this lovely palm and a pot. Everything arrived in the same box, well packed with paper padding so nothing moved an inch. The plant itself is gorgeous and looks great in its new home.

Reasonable price

Reasonable price, for a wide variety of plants, going to some shops may find it cheaper, and some plants may be larger in size in comparison, but the joy of getting it delivered and watching the plants grow makes the difference in price “reasonable”, packaged well and a speedy delivery.

Great service, plant too big for pot though

Only thing that prevented a 5 star review was that the plant I ordered for my niece was too big for the (plastic) pot it arrived in. The roots were coming through the bottom quite heavily so it needed immediate repotting, which involved getting appropriate soil etc. Other than that though the service was great.

I ordered a large plant in the sale. It arrived very quickly... in fact the plant arrived before I thought it would which was great. It was in great condition when it arrived with no dead leaves and no real damage to speak of. It was very well packaged in quality paper lining. The plant looked fresh and bushy when I opened the parcel which is great... needed no nursing back to life. The plant looked like the one in the photo when I ordered it which is great as buying plants online can be a lottery. Would use this company again.

Delivery was fast. 2 plants were ordered one was fine but the lipstick plant had quite a few broken branches when I opened the package and many leaves fell within a couple of days unfortunately!

This Palm is just beautiful! Looks really full and arrived in amazing condition, so green. Fast delivery was a nice bonus too. Cant ask for more.

Plants arrived very quickly, and in great condition. There were a just couple of minor tears in the leaves, but the plants were well packed and this is to be expected at least a little in delivery and handling. Great pricing, will order from Houseplant again.

Honestly, the Areca Palm was even better than I expected from the pictures. Really lush fronds and looks so healthy. The packaging was fantastic, seriously impressive not a single leaf damaged. Delivery was only OK though. They use DX which arn't the best.

I am absolutely thrilled with how beautiful these plants are. I was nervous buying online as you cannot pick yourself but the quality of the plants that arrived are amazing and beautiful, as if I picked them myself. They arrived very safely and in very good condition. (Note:the umbrella tree in the picture has already been pruned for shaping, when it arrived it was much more bushy)
