Captivatingly beautiful and fascinating to grow, these stunning yellow Encyclia orchids (commonly called the 'Upside-Down' Orchid) are native to the tropical forests of South America, and are admired for their easy care, vibrant yellow star-shaped flowers, and natural decorative prowess. They need very little attention to thrive as they are drought-tolerant, making them perfect for gifting and for both beginner and seasoned growers. Suitable for windowsills, tables, desks and more, there's plenty to be inspired by with these incredible Encyclias.
Please note decorative pots are sold separately and your plant may naturally vary to that shown as each one is different - just like us!

Houseplant Size Guide
At Houseplant.co.uk, we want to ensure that you choose the perfect plant for your space. Here's how we measure our plants:
Plant Height:
Measured from the base of the nursery pot to the top of the plant, including the full length of the stem and foliage.
Pot Size:
Refers to the total width across the top of the pot.
Choosing the Right Size
To find the perfect fit, compare the diameter of your plant's grow pot to the opening diameter of your chosen decorative pot. Ensure the decorative pot is at least 1-3cm larger in diameter than the grow pot for easy insertion and removal.
Important Notes
- Plant sizes are approximate and include the depth of the plant pot and roots, not just the height from the top of the soil.
- If a specific plant size is not available, we may provide a larger plant at no additional cost to you.
- All of our plants, unless otherwise stated are supplied in a nursery pot with the exception of air plants or lucky bamboo or otherwise listed in the product description.
