I ordered a snake plant, string of turtles and an aloe Vera plant/s, plant food spray and 3 pots with a bumble bee pattern on them. I’m so happy with the quality, the quick delivery and the overall outcome! I’m definitely getting more plants from House Plant!

It was really easy......

It was really easy to navigate the website and find the specific plant I wanted, the offered a range of sizes as well as the correct size plant pot to go with the plant. I like the fact that the plant isn’t in shipment for longer than 48 hours and they try to limit this as much as possible. When I received the plant, it was very well packaged which prevented it from being damaged in transit. The plant isn’t exactly what I wanted

Beautiful and quality plants well worth it. Everything was perfectly packaged carefully and thoughtfully. Arrived quickly with a signed for delivery which was perfect. One orchid was slightly damaged however not broken so not a biggie I understand it is a challenge to transport such a plant without the risk.

Well ,three beautiful plants arrived in The West Highlands all the way from Devon ,they were in good condition,obviously healthy with no signs of bugs or disease. They had been very carefully wrapped for transport . My curly spider plant had a few damaged leaves but a little selective surgery sorted that , I love the Chinese Money tear plant it's like a quirky wee friend . My wandering dudes have perked up after a wee drink, All in all I'm very pleased and am tempted to order some more plants.

Cannot rate as my plant has not been delivered. It was due on 18 August then put back by DX to 22nd and now I am told it will be 21st but email says 22nd. Not happy with the plant being so much delayed in delivery. Poor delivery service.

Great quality products. Shipping isn’t as communicative or speedy as the best.

Details on the site were clear and accurate. Store easy to navigate and find what I wanted. Liked the different sizes of the same species was easily toggled. The ordering process was clear. The despatch date was a little loose. Ordered on Thursday waited until Tuesday until it was sent. Not the end of the world (they say nothing is despatched on Fridays for a good reason) Couriers are ‘ok’ - 2 hour window of delivery on day of delivery. Plant was packaged really well, roots, stems and leaves were immaculate as was the pot - fully bubbled wrapped. Item was exactly as described now it’s up to me to keep it alive! Will use this site again. Thanks!

I got this Hibiscus plat from House plants and I am so happy to see the actual plant! The plat was exactly what was said on the website. Best thing is it got delivered and it had flowers blommed just in 2 days. Inhave been looking for hibiscus for so so long and now really happy with it.
