Rescue Me!

House Plants sometimes get damaged on the way from the grower to House|Plant. Sometimes they don't pass quality control in-house. We believe plants shouldn't end up in the bin because they don't look 'perfect'.  

The Rescue Me! Boxes are perfect for green-fingered plant lovers who love a bargain and a challenge to nurse houseplants back to bountiful pots of joy. They're also ideal as starter house plants! There's always a season for these wonderful flowering Cacti! Christmas Cactus and Easter Cactus as they are more commonly known, flower bountifully and are magically easy to keep. The flowers are typically rich, strong shades of pink, mauve or red, although sometimes can be found in whites and soft peaches. 

Dieffenbachia's are often given a hard time, when actually their care requirements are pretty simple. Follow a few simple guidelines and you'll be rewarded with one of the best houseplants a green-fingered fellow could ask for. Water a little at a time and more regularly - they don't appreciate a sporadic drenching. They also suit low,  dappled lighting which most of our homes offer plentifully as the sun moves around our homes. Rotate your Dumb can often to encourage straight growth.
