Charles was amazing and supportive in helping me out with my order, as it was a birthday present and I had added the wrong address at first so we lost the first plant on the way - but Charles was always super responsive and understanding, sent a replacement to my address on time for the birthday and we received our Prayer Plant safe and sound and on time! I can definitely tell that Charles loves plants as much as we do :) I definitely recommend!! Anna
