Great service, plant too big for pot though

Only thing that prevented a 5 star review was that the plant I ordered for my niece was too big for the (plastic) pot it arrived in. The roots were coming through the bottom quite heavily so it needed immediate repotting, which involved getting appropriate soil etc. Other than that though the service was great.
