Very quick delivery which was very well protected inside. Plants were of a good quality with only one that needed extra attention. They are all doing well and seem happy in their new environment.

The entire process from ordering to receiving was flawless and swift. The plant and pot themselves delivered quickly and were packaged immaculately, and came in incredible condition. The plant itself was in excellent perfect condition and after unpacking and finding a home for her, she has settled in perfectly and has been blossoming more and more every day. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, and I mean it wholeheartedly when I say I will be purchasing from here again and will be recommending EVERYONE to this website. I ordered my plants and received them not even 48 hours later. They came securely packaged with good soil that was slightly moist to avoid the plant drying during transportation. The plants are wonderful! The only note I have is that the Philodendron Pink Princess has a torn leaf.

Perfect condition and excellent instructions

Have ordered from them before and I know that they arrive in excellent condition. In particular I have ordered carnivorous plants which have hollow tubes or jars. When I have ordered from other companies the tubes have arrived cracked and split leaving them unable to digest the bugs. I have never had this issue with this company and they always arrive in beautiful condition. The instructions received for care are excellent.

The fronds on this Palm are lovely, makes it look so graceful. A real feature plant for the living room. It arrived well watered and in great shape thanks to the clever packing. I wasn't sure which size to get and Charlie on the customer service chat was very helpful with advice, really patient.

Okay so there was a bit of a delay with the delivery which was annoying, but the company did keep me informed. When the Money Tree finally arrived, it was boxed and healthy, so ultimately it was worth the wait. Looks lovely now its here. Just knocked a star off for the wait.

The plants were good quality and packaged well, though the soil did come out of one pots a bit. It states if you order later on Thursday, which I did, the plants would be dispatched on the Monday. Mine arrived on the Monday, which I was not expecting so that means the plants must have been with the delivery company over the weekend. Luckily no damage done.

I purchased 4 houseplants from this...

I purchased 4 houseplants from this company. On the plus side the plants arrived quickly but one in particular showed signs of damage/disease. I complained and the customer service team offered me a voucher but it was for less than the value of the plant. Despite following care instructions and cutting off the dead leaves the plant eventually died. Another plant purchased from them is also slowly dying. I wouldn’t purchase any plants from this company again as their customer service isn’t up to scratch and the quality of the plants / survival rates when compared to other delivery options isn’t as good

I've ordered plants online from various suppliers over the years, but this has been the best experience. Only two, a begonia and a Christmas cactus, a small order, but packed with care and good sense. All materials recyclable of course. The plants were in excellent condition and the accompanying advice sheet was helpful and put together by someone who clearly loved their work!

Pleased with my purchase

I've ordered a Cambria orchid which arrived as expected and in great condition, currently in bloom. Very pleased with the purchase. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because the package contains a leaflet with general plant instructions but nothing specific for the plant you've bought. I think something along the lines of water once a week, place in a bright location and feed this often while in bloom /dormant would be very useful and therefore your wouldn't need to search online. It's not much more effort perhaps 1-2 paragraphs.

First time shopping here. Happy with the quality of plants. The only thing I wished I had more info on was the orchid phal I bought, it’s a miniature size which I didn’t realise from the description. The satin pothos size was a little smaller than I expected. I expected 20-30cm height but it’s barely 15cm. I suppose this depends on where you are measuring from and to but one would expect it would be the length of the plant as it’s a trailing plant. Overall packaging very very good. Would shop again
