PROBABLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM AN ONLINE COMPANY IN MY LIFE....BETTER THAN EVEN AMAZON!!!

This is the first time that...

This is the first time that I have ever ordered any house plants online, having been worried in the past about how the plants would survive being posted, but it certainly wont be the last! My wife recently got into house plants in a BIG way. Starting at monsteras and alocasias, it hasn't taken long for her to get into rarer specimens, so I was searching for philodendron pink princess all over the internet. Houseplant.co.uk were not only the cheapest I found, but, after ordering on Monday morning, it arrived Tuesday afternoon in immaculate condition (a distance of at least a few hundred miles)! It was boxed with clear, 'This way up' labels on it and the plant was packed in air bags and bubble wrap - there was even recycled packaging to keep the soil in place during transit. The plant itself was in perfect condition and much bigger than I was expecting. Result? A very happy wife! Thank you so much, Houseplant. You've definitely gained a repeat customer!

Needed some TLC on arrival

Ordered the Palm and when it arrived it looked a little sad looking, quite a few yellow leaves and just generally unhappy. Packaging was good though. Emailed customer service with a picture and got back to me quickly with advice on care and offered a partial refund which was fair. It seems to be recovering now after following her advice, putting out some new shoots.

The plants are ok but one was much bigger than I ordered, as a result it doesn’t fit in the pot I wanted it to go in and I don’t have another suitable pot which is frustrating.

Bought the Money Tree for a friend's new place. They messaged me saying it arrived quickly and looked beautiful. Sounds like the service and the plant itself were spot on. Very happy i chose this one.

Fantastic, I was skeptical about not choosing the plant myself by hand and also how it would be after going through the post. But the plant is excellent quality and was packaged so well it was not impacted by the posting.

Amazing experience

Plants arrived very quickly, in excellent condition, looking very healthy with no pests and only 1 leaf lost out of 6 plants. packaging was excellent and obvious care had been taken over it. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience, as I always worry ordering live plants online.

Terrible company, totally deceived with the...

Terrible company, totally deceived with the size of the plants they were sending. Most were close to half the size that I had paid for. Emailed for support and a week later no reply. I have had 4 separate promotional emails since then and one asking for a review, so here you are. Really bad value, can get stuff much healthier and larger for the same money in the supermarket or at a market. Attached a photo if the plant they sent (small one) next to one I already had that was the size that they were supposed to send.

Cactus

Prompt deliver but the pot was squashed during transport which resulted in soil being everywhere. Plant was reasonable size but on the small side of description on purchase

Excellent

Excellent, I really appreciate the emails about what’s new in or restocked. I managed to order exactly what I was looking for because of it. I didn’t realise it was so easy to get such beautiful and at times rare plants such as my Hawiian Palm. I know from a recent Christmas present I ordered that delivery is prompt and plants are well packaged

Rescue Me!

A big old cactus is......

A big old cactus is now hanging from my bedroom ceiling and I can't be happier. I will certainly be buying more plants but unfortunately you use DPD as your couriers and they seem to be solely staffed by people who ignore the multitude of 'this way up' stickers on the boxes and just throw your parcels around.

Great experience and an amazing selection...

Great experience and an amazing selection of plants to select from. Delivery was also spot on and the plants were well wrapped/covered. The only critism is that some of the plants weren't in the best condition with regards to being trimmed and a good shape, specifically a Monkey Mask and a Boston Fern. Personally I put this down to pick of the bunch but depends what plants you get. Overall, great experience and amazing additions to the house, will be buying again for sure.
