Houseplant Size Guide
At Houseplant.co.uk, we want to ensure that you choose the perfect plant for your space. Here's how we measure our plants:
Plant Height:
Measured from the base of the nursery pot to the top of the plant, including the full length of the stem and foliage.
Pot Size:
Refers to the total width across the top of the pot.
Choosing the Right Size
To find the perfect fit, compare the diameter of your plant's grow pot to the opening diameter of your chosen decorative pot. Ensure the decorative pot is at least 1-3cm larger in diameter than the grow pot for easy insertion and removal.
Important Notes
- Plant sizes are approximate and include the depth of the plant pot and roots, not just the height from the top of the soil.
- If a specific plant size is not available, we may provide a larger plant at no additional cost to you.

I have only just placed my order but I had to make a review now because this companies customer service is top tier. I accidentally bought a plant which would be toxic to my cat and they promptly replied within 24 hours, changing my order to another plant which was safe for my little cat. I am so pleased with this support. I wouldn’t be worried to shop here again since even though it is online, it is easy to contact customer support and they were ever so kind.
