Details on the site were clear and accurate. Store easy to navigate and find what I wanted. Liked the different sizes of the same species was easily toggled. The ordering process was clear. The despatch date was a little loose. Ordered on Thursday waited until Tuesday until it was sent. Not the end of the world (they say nothing is despatched on Fridays for a good reason) Couriers are ‘ok’ - 2 hour window of delivery on day of delivery. Plant was packaged really well, roots, stems and leaves were immaculate as was the pot - fully bubbled wrapped. Item was exactly as described now it’s up to me to keep it alive!
