After a delivery to a friend went not so smoothly, (delivery partner issue, not Houseplant issue), I felt I needed to give them another go and ordered a plant for myself. As someone who is far from green fingered, the team were supportive, helpful and pretty responsive. Even if things don't turn out as hoped, the customer service was top notch!
