I was really happy with the plant itself—it arrived healthy and made a lovely gift. Unfortunately, the packaging let it down. The directional arrows on the box were incorrect, so it wasn’t positioned properly during transit. When I opened it, the soil had shifted and spilled all over the floor. The plant was also very dry on arrival, but thankfully perked up after a good drink.
