The Honeybee Orchid, also known as a Butterfly Orchid, are popular, dainty houseplants with a huge variety of striking colours and patterns. A common misconception is the level of care required by these popular flowering plants: they actually thrive best on a little healthy neglect. Colourful little flowers dot stems covering the plant in what looks like a swarm of colour, perfect for brightening up a space!

Please note decorative pots are sold separately and your orchid may vary naturally to that shown in structure, spike count and flower size. Initial bloom cycles may be shorter due to the change in environment, however blooms thereafter once acclimatised will offer far more longevity. Your orchid may experience some minor flower loss on arrival.

Zygopetalum orchids are rewarding plants, known for their ease of culture, and deep-coloured, fragrant blooms. Their flowers are long-lasting, making them great plants to add some colour to your home, but this also puts them in high demand as cut flowers. There are only fourteen species in the Zygopetalum genus, and hybrid species are highly sought after by orchid enthusiasts. You will receive a surprise blue variety from our mixed grower trays. 

Sometimes called Cherry Baby instead of its botancial name of Sharry Baby gx AGM is a spectacular plant when in flower. It is not unusual for the branching spikes to produce a prolific spray of fragrant deep-red flowers with white tips which have a pleasing aroma of chocolate. Please note this variety can develop visual black spots on the leaves but are no cause for concern, spike count can vary naturally and seasonally and variety of Cherry Baby can vary.
