Updates on order slow coming and packing could be better.

After placing order and initial acknowledgment email there were updates on the order for several days until order was posted. Plants were healthy but damaged with broken buds and branches, could have been better packed. Courier had on option available to leave the package in a safe place, so had to stay home until package arrived on the day.
