I ordered a rare succulent plant...

I ordered a rare succulent plant for £28 that withered up and died two days after arriving, even though I followed all directions. I contacted Houseplant.co.uk twice to see if they would replace or compensate me in some way, and received radio silence. Really disappointed both in plant quality and customer service. I would look elsewhere for your houseplant needs.
