Plant bundle questions

How does Build Your Perfect Bundle work?

Answer a few quick questions about your space, its light, your pets, the plants you love and your budget. We match plants and pots from what's in stock at our nursery, then create a preview of how they could look in your home.

Are the plants safe for cats and dogs?

If you tell us you have pets or little ones, we only choose plants listed as pet friendly, and each one is labelled "Pet safe" in your bundle.

Can I change a plant or pot?

Yes. Tap Swap next to any plant or pot to see alternatives that still suit your answers and budget, then pick the one you prefer.

Is the picture exactly what I'll receive?

The preview is AI generated to show how your bundle could look. Every plant is unique, so yours may differ a little in size and shape, but you'll receive the plants and pots listed in your bundle.

Can I send a plant bundle as a gift?

Yes. Use Share this bundle to copy a link to your exact bundle, so you can send it to someone or order it to their address at checkout.

How is my bundle delivered?

Every plant is hand checked at our nursery in Devon before it's sent, with fast UK delivery that's free on orders over £50.
